Dummy Defense badges
Badges aren't cosmetic — beating Guest Mode turns on Autoskip, Noob Battalion unlocks the Ability system, and Controller Mode adds 1.5x speed and the right to buy Titan Scale Dummy. Alpha Test is the one retired badge.
Dummy Defense badges are not trophies — they are the game's unlock system. Beating a mode or finding a lobby secret hands you a badge that switches on a system or a purchase right you cannot buy with levels or Bricks. There are 14 in total.
Why badges matter
- Autoskip. Beating Team Guest turns on automatic wave skipping (bottom-left of your screen).
- Abilities. Noob Battalion unlocks the Ability shop — buy with Bricks, use in-match with Gold.
- Game speed. Win Controller Mode to run matches at 1.5x (2x with the gamepass).
- Purchase rights. Several towers are badge-gated, not level- or Bricks-gated: Blackout Rebels (Operation Blackout), Titan Scale Dummy (Controller), MKI Titan Dummy (Crystals Tape) and Sphere Dummy (Plague Doctor).

Recommended order
The badges stack in difficulty order — the early unlocks make later modes easier:
- Team Noob — Defeat G Noob, your first clear.
- Team Guest — unlocks Autoskip, which speeds up every later farm run.
- Noob Battalion — Defeat G Noob 2.0 unlocks Abilities, your biggest power spike.
- Controller Mode — game speed and the Titan Scale Dummy purchase right.
- Operation Blackout — the Blackout Rebels right.
- Noob Experiment and Undead Mode — the two expert modes, either order; the Undead badge opens Sphere Dummy.
- The lobby secrets, any time — no combat needed. Do the Crystals hunt before endgame.
Retired and secret badges
Alpha Test is the one badge nobody can earn anymore — its description confirms the alpha reward is gone for good. It used to grant the SC Camera Dummy tower, now unobtainable too.
